What's actually behind these numbers

This business had a cash squeeze in the middle of the year: revenue kept growing but cash on hand fell for six straight months while receivables piled up. A Fractional CFO engagement flagged the AR aging problem in the June report, tightened collections terms, and had cash trending back up by September. That's the kind of thing a monthly dashboard is supposed to catch early, not explain after the fact.

Your dashboard won't look exactly like this

This page shows the shape of a monthly report, not a template every client gets. Each dashboard is built around the client's own accounting setup, business model, and the numbers that actually matter to them, so two clients rarely see the same layout.

Everything here connects to QuickBooks Online by default. With your consent, we can also pull in data from payment processors, CRM systems, point-of-sale platforms, and other APIs to build a more complete, closer to real-time picture. As we roll out client access, you'll be able to log in through our website to view your own dashboard directly.

This tool produces general planning estimates, not a quote, projection, or financial, tax, or legal opinion. The results are only as accurate as the numbers you enter, and the underlying assumptions won't match every business, so treat them as a starting point for a conversation, not a final answer.
