Every state registration requires a registered agent; we don't provide registered agent service, but we'll connect you with providers who do, and their fees are paid directly to them. Start Monthly Bookkeeping or Fractional CFO services within 60 days and your Launch Package fee is credited toward your first month, or sign on for Fractional CFO services directly and either package is included at no extra charge. We provide standard document templates and are not attorneys; for custom legal agreements, we'll refer you to an attorney. Tax planning for your new business is handled by a CPA in our network.
