Jarrett founded TrueInsights CFO, LLC in January 2024 to provide fractional CFO services and strategic financial consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in 2025 and holds a degree in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business, graduating in 2020.

Before founding TrueInsights CFO, Jarrett served as Chief Financial Officer at a financial services firm, where he managed financial operations, led strategic planning initiatives, and implemented systems to improve operational efficiency. This experience provided direct exposure to the financial management challenges that growing businesses face.

Jarrett works with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen financial operations, develop growth strategies, and improve decision-making processes. His approach focuses on delivering actionable financial insights and practical operational guidance that directly supports business objectives.

His work spans financial analysis, operational planning, strategic advising, and financial systems implementation across various industries and business stages.
